in response to Mannie... I am a 31 year old disabled man. I am living with my mother and her boyfriend and i need help to get a studio or one bedroom apartment at a reasonable price. My mother is low income and is also mentally disabled and cannot help me to take care of myself. I have a condition called Guillian Barre Syndrome that has left me paralysed from the waist down. I have a fixed income that i have been surviving on but I also have debts to pay and soon to become homeless. I don't know where else to go for help. I am in need of a cell phone as well because my wheelchair has died before and left me stranded with no help. I would really appreciate any help or advice I can get.
